Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts America Inc. ("MCFA") is a manufactoring company based in Houston Texas. MCFA is a combination of two major international companies Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. ("MHI")and Caterpillar Industrial Inc. ("CII"). The idea was that when combined, these two companies would form a power house in the material handling industry. MHI brought manufacturing and engineering prowess and a well-known brand name to the table. CII offered product support savvy, a strong dealer network and its own worldwide brand identity.
