The Lanterns

The Lanterns comprise three small and very steep islands, with a combined area of convert|5.35|ha, in south-eastern Australia. They are part of the Tasman Island Group, lying close to the south-eastern coast of Tasmania around the Tasman Peninsula and are in the Tasman National Park.Brothers, Nigel; Pemberton, David; Pryor, Helen; & Halley, Vanessa. Fauna

Recorded breeding seabird species are Little Penguin, Short-tailed Shearwater and Fairy Prion. The Peregrine Falcon has also bred there.
