Crossroads Church–Newnan Georgia

Beginning of the Church- Crossroads Church was created from members of other churches like Palmetto Baptist Church. It held its first service March 28, 1989 at White Oak Elementary school. Ken Adams was the first pastor. They met at the school for 3 years until they got enough money to purchase 20 arces off of Highway 154 to start building its first establishment.

----Church Missions-Churches goal is to build deciplies of nations. They do this by praying, giving, going, sending,and teaching global messages. Crossroads wants to ultimately start churches on all 6 populated continents. They also want local and national involvement in there churches.

----Current Staff-

Ken Adams-First pastor of Crossroads Church. Leader of the church. Also the director of Impact Disclipeship Minstries.

Randy Gravitt- Joined Crossroads Church in 1996. He is the Executive Pastor and also one of the Teaching Pastors. Known as Coach of Staff at the church.

Scott Barber-Joined Crossroads In 1999. He is the Adult Ministries and Missions Pastor, whom directs a team of pastors and leaders.

John Orr- Started in 1995 Works as a Student Ministres Pastor that provides leadership too the Middle school, High school and College ministres.

Mark Thompson-Joined the Crossroads in 2003. He serves as a Business Administrator.

Kyndra Resso- Joined the staff in 2000. She in the Adult team for 5 years. Now she is the Director of Children's Ministries.

Robbie Roberts- Started working for crossroads in 2002. She is the Director of Programming and Worship.

Churches Address and Size-2564 Sharpsburg McCollum Rd Newnan, GA 30265. About Twenty Acres of land off of Highway 154.

----Ministries

Adult Ministries- The services start every Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 9:15 and 11:00 a.m.

Children's Ministries- Children is the churches biggest priority. Children services start Saturday Night 7:00 PM and Sunday mornings 9:15 or 11:00 a.m. It helps many children at young ages to get involved with church by teaching them stories from the bible.

Middle School Ministries- To attract preteens the church has a program called Xtreme, that starts every Wendsday at 8:00 p.m. This includes live bands, fun games, great messages, and much more.

High school Ministries- The program to attract High school ministries is called FUSION. Where they do many different retreats and discuss about the bible and messages.

Children Programs

Crossroads weekday programs- A half of day program for children age 1-4 for 6 weeks.

KLUB G.L.O.W.(Gods Love Overflowing Within)- is a very safe enviroment program for families with special needs. Ministres work 1 on 1 with children and adolescents.

Student Programs

FUSION- Is lead by highschoolers, where students get together and talk about the bible and its meaning. They talk about how they can apply the messages they learn to there own lifes.

XTREME- aimed at Middle schoolers, groups of middleschoolers get in small groups and let them interact with middleschool community.

Adult Programs- The well is for women and it holds annual retreats and special events.

Church Sports- Men's softball, Womens softball, co-ed baseball, co-ed basketball, Mens basketball, Martial Arts, and bowling.

Churches Member count- Approximitly 3000 people attend weekly.
