Uncial 081 (Gregory-Aland), is a Greek uncial manuscript of the New Testament, dated paleographically to the 6th century. The codex contains a small part of the Epistle to the Ephesians 4:2-18 on one parchment leave. Written in two columns per page, 25 lines per page. Original size of the leaves is unknown, because it was cut to reinforce a binding.

The codex now is located in Museum of History of Moscow (V. 108) in Moscow.
