"Lamb of God's Fifth Studio Album" is in the final recording stages and has an tentative release date of early 2009. A title for the album has yet to be chosen.

When Chris Adler was asked his opinion of the album upon finishing recording the drum tracks he had this to say:

"Im happy to be done because it was the most intense playing since (As The Palaces Burn) and I proved to myself that I still got it. This new stuff is heavy duty. This album is gong to be more aggressive than the last 2. We want to get back to the nasty stuff."

There are expected to be 11 or 12 songs on the Album.

Notes

*The recording of this album was unique in that 2 streaming webcams were set up inside the studio (One with a microphone positioned behind Chris Adler's drum kit, Another inside the mixing booth without a microphone) allowing viewers to watch live as drum tracks were laid down.

*During the recording Chris Adler regularly took breaks to chat with fans the fans who were viewing the recording process.
