Jictzad Nakarhyt Viña Carreño is a pageant titleholder, was born in Carúpano, Venezuela on May 27, 1983. Viña became the second Miss Sucre to win that title since the Miss Venezuela pageant first began in 1952. The first was Ida Margarita Pieri, Miss Venezuela 1958.
