"I Gotta Be Me" is the only album by deceased hip hop producer Johnny "J".

Tupac was in prison during the recording of this album and is not featured on it.

Johnny J produced and rapped on every song.

Two Singles were released, "Get Away From Me" And "Diggin Um' Out".

Eventually A Music Video Was Shot For The Single Get Away From Me.

The instrumental version of "Better Off" was also used for "Picture Me Rollin'" by Tupac.
