Black & Brown 1826 is a modern-contemporary brand that is designed by noted fashion designer and entrepreneur, Joseph Abboud.

Black & Brown 1826, or Black/Brown, in short, is known for the color scheme to be mainly in dark, earth-tone colors, such as green, beige, grey and of course, black and brown. Despite in its official name, "Black & Brown 1826," the clothing brand was not launched in 1826, but in the summer of 2008, but the 1826 is the year in which was the actual founding of Lord & Taylor department stores; which is the only door that exclusively carries the brand.
