History
Though it originated in Burma, the dish made its way to Eastern India with Indians who migrated from Burma during World War II. It is a concoction of noodles, spicy meat (mostly chicken) and a variety of condiments. With a squeeze of lemon as a final touch, the tanginess makes Khow Suey a delicious treat.
