Daniel E. Witte (born 1973) is a prominent atorney and founder of
Quaqua Foundation to give scholarships to home-schooled students. Witte was homeschooled as a child inArizona andUtah .He then entered
Brigham Young University at age 16. He was a recipient of anEdwin S. Hinckley Scholarship. He was then admited to theJ. Reuben Clark Law School but defered his enrollment at that institution while he served a mission forThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in theUnited Kingdom .Witte was a lawyer for a silicon valley firm. He is now legal counsel for
Beneficial Life Insurance Company .Witte has written on various law issues, attacking the elitist attitudes of the graduates of
Ivy League law schools.
