Newcastle United Independent Supporters Association

The Newcastle United Independent Supporters Association is a group associated with Newcastle United F.C. (NUFC) football club of England.

Through its chairman Frank Gilmore, a local pub manager[1][2], the group has been quoted in the press with regards to events at NUFC since 2002, on matter such as television coverage[1], the off field behaviour of player Craig Bellamy[3], an on pitch brawl between NUFC players Kieron Dyer and Lee Bowyer[2] the sacking of manager Graeme Souness[4] and the concerns of club chairman Mike Ashley over safety fears after fan protests following the resignation of manager Kevin Keegan[5].
