Sooth, Sweet Chutney

Sooth is a sweet Chutney widely used in Indian Chaats. It is made from dried ginger which is also known as Sooth and hence the name. Chutney is brownish red in colour. Now days some people have started to use date to make sooth. But, the sooth made from dried ginger give a special flavour to the chaat and still preferred in most parts of North India.
