Daya Pawar

Daya Pawar or Dagdu Maruti Pawar is a well-known name in Marathi Dalit literature. He is mostly known for his autobiography "Baluta" and his poetry collection "Kondawada". He was awarded with Padmashree by Government of India in 1990. ["Sahitya Vihar",Textbook of Marathi subject, of RTM university, Nagpur. In his introduction with reference to his poem.]
