Albert Henry Ottenweller (born April 5 1916) is an American Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He is one of oldest American Roman Catholic bishops.

Albert Henry Ottenweller was born in Stanford, Montana in 1916. He was Ordained a priest on June 19 1943 in Toledo, Ohio. Ottenweller was consecrated Auxiliary bishop of Diocese of Toledo (Ohio) and the Titular Bishop of Perdices on May 29 1974. Ottenweller was installed as bishop of the Steubenville Diocese on November 11 1974 where he would remain until retirement on January 28 1992.
