Nick Ede

Nick Ede (born 5th May 1973, Edinburgh, Scotland) is an expert in celebrity, fashion and lifestyle and has worked with some of the biggest celebrity and lifestyle names in the world.

Nick trained in Fashion at Glasgow School of Art and in Drama at Bretton Hall University in Leeds.

Nick was seen in July as on screen mentor and fashion stylist on the new flagship Living TV show Diet on the Dance Floor and can currently be seen weekly on his strand on LK Today called Whats in Fashion and What Im Trashin'. He is also the new judge on Project Catwalk 3 for Sky One offering advice and his opinionated views to the contestants and working along side Kelly Osbourne. The show has given Nick an International appeal as it has been seen in Canada, the US and Europe. He recently won Celebrity Ready Steady Cook against Sinitta. He is the lifestyle expert on Market Kitchen on UK FOOD and is celebrity correspondent for the hit Canadian entertainment show, E! Talk Daily.

Nick was the on screen party / wedding planner for Michelle and Andy’s Big Day a hit three part one hour fly on the wall documentary for ITV2. Nick presented the gourmet guides for the Sky One show Taste and was for 6 months the lifestyle sidekick for the live, daily Russell Grant show for Sky One where he presented and produced his own items. Other television appearances include, but are not limited to National Television Awards 2007, Oscars 2008, Pete’s PA on Living, Secret Life of Celebrities for Five, Celebrities Exposed for ITV2 and Celebrity Punch Ups for E4.

Nick’s knowledge of what makes the celebrity, fashion and lifestyle world tick has made him a key player in the industry having been quoted and featured in publications as diverse as Evening Standard, Grazia, Reveal, The London Paper, Star, The Daily Express, Metro, OK!, Daily Mail, ReFresh and PR Week.

Nick has gone into business with Meg Matthews and they are launching their own range of lifestyle products under the ‘Rock&Pop’ umbrella in late 2008 – starting with an overhaul of the world famous Grand Hotel in Jersey.

With his business partner, Nick Fulford, Nick runs a very successful bespoke lifestyle PR agency called EdenCancan. From press to PR, fashion, styling, interiors, events and even weddings – all areas are covered under the EdenCancan umbrella.

Nick is currently a brand spokesperson for Disaronno Amaretto as part of the Style Squad with Nicky Hambleton – Jones.

Nick is also passionate charity fundraiser and has raised over £50k for The Stroke Association creating the A Night With Nick annual party in memory of his mother who passed away when he was 23. This years event will be at Café De Paris on the 18th November 2008. Nick is also a patron for Jeans for Genes and The Pink Ribbon Foundation.
