Paul Ch'eng Shih-kuang (born September 15 1915) is a Taiwanese prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. One of oldest living Roman Catholic bishops and oldest living bishop of Taiwan.

Paul Ch'eng Shih-kuang was bron in Hsiao-Yi, Taiwan in fall of 1915, ordained a priest June 29 1943. Paul was appointed a Auxiliary Bishop for the Taipei Archdiocese on May 3 1960 as well as Titular Bishop of Uccula and ordained bishop on July 25 1960. He was appointed bishop of Diocese of Tainan on June 7 1966 and remained in the position intil his retirement decemeber 3 1990.
