Noel Fielding andJulian Barratt , also known asThe Mighty Boosh .Michael Fielding ,Rich Fulcher and Dave Brown also performed in the show, along with the Boosh Band.The show toured the UK from September 2008 through to January 2009.
Plot
Before the show starts your stage manager,
Bob Fossil , comes on stage to run through the safety features. The curtains then open to reveal Vince standing in a large pirate ship. Howard soon follows in a rubber dinghy. The two sing Future Sailors together.The first act of the show features a series of sketches starring different characters from the show including Tony Harrison, The Hitcher and Rudi. The first act ends with The Hitcher performing Eels, from the episode of the same name, with Rudi on guitar and the Boosh Band. The first act runs slightly over an hour.
The second act of the show revolves around a play written by Howard about the end of the world. However, it is soon hijacked by Vince who has written a play about aliens from the planet Camden. The second act ends with the Boosh Band performing a medley of crimps including Soup and Bouncy Bouncy.
At some shows, the encore features the bingo caller from
Nanageddon , reading out bingo numbers. The Boosh Band then reappear on stage and perform a medley of Nanageddon and Charlie. However, at other shows, Eleanor emerges from the curtains and talks to the crowd before the curtains re-open and the Boosh Band sing either "I Did A Shit on Your Mum" or "Love Games" depending on venue curfews. The second encore featuring Eleanor has been used just a handful of times, however, since the start of the tour.Tour Dates
