Another popular feature on the site is the ability to use the chatroom for live help from various users of the site at any time of day. Although it is required to register to talk in the chat, it is not required to register to view it.

Users are allowed to create profiles to express some common information that they may choose to show. The profiles also show some statistics about the user and some of their recent posts and replies. Users can also become friends with other users and invite them to discussions on the site that they may find interest in.
