Katharin Gierok (born February 20th, 1992 in Krefeld, Germany) is a German figure skater. She is the 2006-2007 German Junior National Bronze medalist. She competes in Senior Ladies at the National Level and in Junior and Senior Ladies internationally.

Gierok had her Senior debut in the 2007 / 2008 season. Were she won the 2008 NRW Trophy in Dortmund, Germany and placed 10th at the German Figure Skating Championships.After winning the third and final Junior Worlds Qualifier in Oberstdorf [ [http://www.bev-eissport.de/ek-erg/bav_open_08/CAT005RS.HTM] Results 3rd Junior Worlds Qualifier 2008 ] and being nominated as first alternate for the 2008 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, she had to end the season to undergo knee surgery [ [http://www.eislauf-union.de/download/2008-info-Auswertung%20Sommerlehrgang.pdf Reference to surgery by German Federation]

The German Skating Federation has admitted Gierok to the German Junior Team for the season 2008 / 2009. This is the third season she is part of the DC Team envelope.
