Jan Berger (born November 27 1955 in Prague) is a Czech former football midfielder and current manager of SK Zeleneč.

He played 30 matches for the Czechoslovakia national football team, and was a participant in the 1982 FIFA World Cup. In the Czech Republic, he played for AC Sparta Praha. He is the uncle of Patrik Berger who used to play for Slavia Prague.
