- Admiralty Park
[National Parks Board, Singapore] The Admiralty Park is 27 Ha in size. It is unique and what makes it unique is a hilly terrain that is shaped like a river valley, reflecting the history of the site which used to have Sungei Cina running through it. Along the river aligns the main circulation path which is used for running to bring people to the various facilities.
Forming a large part if the nature park is the mangrove swamp. The mangrove is a place for natural observation and appreciation as a habitat for the exisitng flora and fauna and for educational purposes with minimum disturbance.
Users are able to enjoy internet connection in the park as WiFi Hotspots is available at strategic locations.
Admiralty Park is a place for jogging,exercising and workouts as there are availabilities of fitness corner/stations and a running track. Visitors can participate in concerts and performances and trekking and nature walks.
Getting there
15 minutes walk from Woodlands MRT Station and you will arrive at the park.
