Lahai is a settlement in the northeastern part of Pathanamthitta district, Kerala state, India. It is about 3000ft above sea level. With average population of 3000 people. The major revenue is Lahai Rubber estate which was established by British in early 1900 with 10,000 acres of land.

Lahai is a naturally beautiful landscape with tropical rain forest of Ranny Div. The Sabarimala forest begins from Lahai. Most important fact is that the uphill road to Sabarimala ends at Lahai and become level road all the way to Sabarimala.The famous Sabarigiri Hydro project in 1960s have built heavy equipment transportation road to Muziyaar power house. This road now exclusively used by pilgrimage to Sabarimala.Lahai is an historical place in many regards.

The sabarimala thiruvabharanam comes to Lahai forest bungalow and stay overnight and continue to Sabarimala.

The Famous St. Thomas pilgrims church Nilekkal is 10miles away from Lahai Junction.
