SoundRabbit is a quartet based near Boulder, Colorado.

They formed as a 4-piece in mid-2007 and released their debut 12-track album, "This Room Becomes A Crowd," in November of 2007.

In January 2008, the band headlined the Barack Obama Rally at the famed Fox Theatre with Leftover Salmon.

In February 2008, they were awarded "Best Pop/Rock Release By A New Band" by the Mile High Music Store in Denver for their debut album.

In March 2008, they played the Circle K Main Stage at the Tempe Music Festival in Tempe, Arizona with Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, My Chemical Romance, Cowboy Mouth, Eve 6, Matthew Moon, and the Gin Blossoms. The same weekend, SoundRabbit headlined a Habitat For Humanity benefit concert at Arizona State University.

In April 2008, they toured the Midwest and Northeast, playing shows from Des Moines to New York City, Boston, and as far north as Portland, Maine. Upon returning to Colorado, they headlined a benefit concert for Colorado State University's Alternative Spring Break.

By May 2008, the band had raised thousands of dollars for charities including the American Cancer Society, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, the National Kidney Foundation, the March of Dimes, Habitat For Humanity, and others, through their "Backstage" fan-supported charity program.

In June 2008, SoundRabbit accepted the invitation from the CU Program Council to headline the University of Colorado "Welcome Back" concert for incoming Freshmen and returning CU students.

In July 2008, SoundRabbit announced that they'd accepted an invitation to play the Main Stage at the historic 2008 Democratic National Convention "Rock The Vote" concert.

In September 2008, SoundRabbit makes their debut appearance on the main stage at Red Rocks Amphitheater, together with TV on the Radio, Band of Horses, the Avett Brothers, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, and Justice, main stage performers at the 2008 Monolith Festival.
