Yiohan

Yiohan

The Yiohan was the name of an immigrant ship that made its way to the coast of Sicily, on the night of December 25, 1996 (Christmas Eve). As a result of a collision between the Yiohan and a smaller ship, on which between 300 to 400 immigrants where forced to go on, the smaller ship sank to the bottom of the sea, taking with it 283 lives.
