Four Norsemen of the Apocalypse

The Four Norsemen of the Apocalypse is the nickname for the Minnesota Vikings team's front four defensive line in 2008. Specifically: Ray Edwards, Pat Williams, Kevin Williams and Jared Allen. The name references common name by several people in the Vikings Blog community including the [http://www.DailyNorseman.com Daily Norseman] web site but the first recorded use of the name attributed with these particular four Vikings players was noted on [http://www.VikingsValhalla.com Vikings Valhalla] right after Jared Allen joined the Vikings in the NFL 2008 off-season.
