Heidi Van Horne is an American Actress, Pin Up model and writer. A Modern "Pin Up Queen" and "Superstar Re-creation Specialist", known most for her pin up work in magazines and as cover girl of numerous books and publications, she also has been seen acting on television on iconic shows like ER (tv series), The OC, and Gilmore Girls and as the prize girl on the revival of The Gong Show with Dave Attell for Comedy Central and Happy Madison Productions. At the age of 14, she was cast in the cult classic film Dazed and Confused (film) by director Richard Linklater and legendary casting director Don Phillips. Her speaking scenes were later cut from the film, but she can be seen in the hazing scenes as a freshman girl. Heidi can often be seen acting in indie films as well as on tv and in commercials.

She is also a writer, well known for her pin up advice articles in print and online, and for her feminist commentary on the topic. Known in the hot rod and car culture scene, Heidi both poses in front of old cars as well as works under the hood of them, being the lead character on the tv reality pilot "Ultimate Green Machines", where she transitioned gas-fueled vehicles into eco-friendly ones, and as a prominent member of the all-female car club, Hell's Belles. Starting Sept 2008, she is a regular contributing columnist for the Houston Chronicle cars' section, featuring her favorite pick of reader's vehicles.
