Australian hip-hop groupHilltop Hoods , released on22 September 2003 throughObese Records . It was the first Australian Hip Hop album to reachgold album status, based on high sales. On the26 July 2006 , Obese Records announced that the album had become the first Australian Hip Hop release to achieveplatinum album status. The album peaked at #53 on Australia'sARIAnet Albums Chart. Two songs on the album charted in the2003 Triple J Hottest 100 chart, "The Nosebleed Section" - #9 and "Dumb Enough" - #44. Both were released as singles in 2004, after the initial single "Testimonial Year" did not fare as well as had been hoped.'The Calling Live' DVD is available on the Hoods website and includes: Live footage, Film clips, Remixes, Interviews, Outtakes and Photo Gallery.
