Jay Avrea

James Epherium Avrea (July 6, 1920 to June 26, 1987) was a Major League Baseball pitcher. Avrea played for the Cincinnati Reds in the 1950 season. In two games, Avrea had two Strikeouts, in 5.3 innings, with a 3.38 ERA. He batted and threw Right handed. Avrea was born in Cleburne, Texas and died in Dallas, Texas.
