Creative Control (music company)

Creative Control is a Los Angeles based music supervision and consultation company headed by [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0383573/ Joel C. High] and [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2567594/ Rebecca Rienks] , both formally of Lionsgate. The company has a multitude of clients ranging from independent film studios and boutique record labels to brand marketing partners and international governments.

Notable Projects

Collectively, the principal members of creative control have supervised or spearheaded the music efforts for the Academy Award-winning films Crash (2004 film) and Monster's Ball, as well as projects as varied as Strangers with Candy (film), Saw (film series), Wonderland (2003 film), Tyler Perry's Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Akeelah and the Bee, The Devil's Rejects, The Rules of Attraction (film), Peaceful Warrior and the Leonard Cohen concert film and documentary .

Live Events

Creative Control's live events arm consults for a number of music, film and television partners, including Vagrant Records, Domino Recording Company, Barsuk Records and the Government of Canada.

Upcoming Projects

Currently, the company is focusing its efforts on the upcoming Tyler Perry movies "The Family That Preys" and "Madea Goes to Jail (film)".
