"Wipeout" is an upcoming Australian game show, which will be based on the U.S. game show of the same name. The game show is set to debut on the Nine Network in 2009 and will be produced by Endemol Southern Star. Potiental contestants had to fill out a 24 page application [ [http://channelnine.ninemsn.com.au/img/micro/wipeout/wipeout_questionnaire2.doc "Wipeout" Application Form] Nine Network] and attend auditions in Sydney, which were held on August 2, 2008. Successful contestants will then film the series over a period of one week starting October 20, 2008 at the location of the international "Wipeout" obstacle course, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
