Biography

Robert Clarence Irwin was born in born December 1st, 2003 in Nambour, Queensland, Australia. He is the son of the late wildlife conservationist, Steve Irwin (the Crocodile Hunter) and Terri Irwin, he is also the sibling of Bindi Irwin.

Robert was named after his grandfather Bob Irwin (who had started the Beerwah Reptile Park. His grandmother, Lyn Irwin, had died a few years before his birth.

Robert has made a few appearances on his sister, Bindi's show, Bindi the Jungle Girl.

Death of Steve Irwin

Robert's father, Steve Irwin had died September 4th, 2004, when Robert was 2 years of age. The death of his father had lead people to wonder whether Robert would follow in his father's footsteps.
