Zubin Garg

Singer, composer, and music director Zubin Garg, was known as Jibon Borthakur in his childhood. He was born and brought up in a small town Jorhat of Assam (India). He became famous after his first Assamese Album ANAMIKA. In Hindi there are significantly notable songs like Ya Ali and Jag Lal Lal Lal. He had also sung few other songs in movies FIZA and PYAR KA SIDE EFFECT. He has sung many songs in many indian languages. In Assam his contribution is immense with songs in various languages and dialects. His Assamese albums MAYA, XOBDO, MUKTI, MEGHOR BORON, PAKHI etc are just to name a few from his numerous popular ones. He was music director in several Assamese popular films, HIA DIA NIA is one of them. Apart from his land of seven sisters, that is north Eat of India, he is a well known artiste in Bollywood.

Zubin was awarded as Best Playback Singer (male) in 2007 in Bollywood Film Awards, Malaysia.djkl.
