Jaime Alberto Salinas Gomez

Jaime Alberto Salinas Gomez (born December 18, 1966 in Medellín, Colombia) is a TV producer / Publicist who has worked for different media oulets such as Hart Hanks, "The Miami Herald", Ad Productions, Trader Publishing, Univision, Telefutura and currently at the Digital Department with Telemundo /NBC in Miami, Florida.

Personal Life

Jaime was born in Medellin, Colombia and was raised in the city of Cali. He is the youngest child of Socorro Gomez and Jesus Alberto Salinas. He has two siblings Jesus Alberto Jr. and Olga Lucia, He was married to Adriana Zuñiga they have one son Martin Felipe born in 1992. He moved to the United States in September 1989. His family lives in Colombia (his father died in 1987). Gomez is single and lives with his son.

Education

He graduated from High School in 1985 from The Colegio Franciscano de Pio XII in Cali, Colombia. In 1989, Jaime left his country after getting his degree in advertising from The Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota, Colombia. He went to Michigan and studied Business Communications and Marketing, after two years he moved to Miami, Florida where he studied TV Production and Graphic Design, he became involved with the media industry, his experience is well rounded and covers all phases of pre and post production for all types of tv productions including Digital Media.

Hobbies

When he is not working he enjoys participating in triathlons, watching his son play tennis, sports, movies, dancing, traveling, meditating, the beach and friends.
