Nashville ,Tennessee . He graduated fromAuburn University in 1979 with a BS in finance, thenEmory University with an MBA.Mr. Baker founded an
Atlanta -based firm, William T. Baker & Associates, in 1985 and has since opened a second office inGreenwich, Connecticut .
