Albert Nofi

Albert A. Nofi is an American military historian, and developer of computer wargaming systems.

Nofi gained his BA (1965) and MA (1967) in History at Fordham University, and gained his Ph.D. in Military History in 1991 from City University of New York. He is an Associate Fellow of theU.S. Civil War Center.

Nofi has written over 30 books on military history, and was associate editor of the military journal "Strategy and Tactics".

He has collaborated with Jim Dunnigan in both books and computer gaming development.
