- Lutescan language
The Lutescan language was a language spoken in the north of the
Mysia region (Hellespontica ) ofAsia Minor until ca.1000 BC .Little is known about the
phonology of the language. It may have been anAnatolian language . It was spoken by the nomadicLutescan people, who settled on the shores of LakeArtynia around1200 BC . Once they became sedentary, their language and culture were abandoned as they became integrated with thePhrygians , and only a small number of references to the Lutescan language appear in contemporary survivingAeolian writings of the period.References
