Julie Nesrallah

Julie Nesrallah is a Canadian mezzosoprano.

Nesrallah studied music at McGill and Carleton Universities and has worked in Vienna with David Aronson [Ottawa Citizen, July 2, 2008 [http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/news/artslife/story.html?id=cc5f8b94-51aa-4341-8b88-a9ba0620b6f7] ] .

In April 2002 and April 2003, she acted as an advisor to the Ontario Arts Council, Choirs Division.

As of|2008, she is also the host of "Tempo", a classical music show on the CBC Radio 2 network.

Awards

In July 1998, she won the Canada Council for the Arts Emerging Artist Award.
