Evan Hammond is a morning radio show host, hockey play-by-play broadcaster, and blogger.

He was born in Flin Flon, Manitoba in 1980.

Evan is the morning show host at 93.3 The Peak FM http://www.933thepeak.com in Port Alberni B.C. The Peak is one of the stations in the Jim Pattison Broadcast Group http://jpbroadcast.com/

He is the radio play-by-play voice of the Alberni Valley Bulldogs http://www.albernivalleybulldogs.ca of the British Columbia Hockey League http://www.bchl.bc.ca

His blog covers the Bulldogs, the BCHL, and assortment of local sports and athletes along with community events. It can be found here http://www.hammersdogs.blogspot.com
