120038 Franlainsher (2003 BR1) is a Main-belt Asteroid discovered on January 26, 2003 by James Whitney Young at the Table Mountain Observatory near Wrightwood, California.

Named using the combination of the first name of the discoverer’s first wife Frances and the truncated form of her sister’s name Elaine Fisher.
