Belize–Russia relations

Belize-Russia relations are the bilateral relations between Belize and Russia. Both countries have signed diplomatic missions on June 25, 1991. Meanwhile, Russia covers Belize from its embassy in Mexico city. Russia's ambassador to Belize is Valery Morozov (new ambassador) .

The relationships between the two countries

On March 17, 2005, H.E. Konstantin N. Mozel (Russia's used to be ambassador to Belize) visited prime minister Minister Godfrey P. Smith in Belmopan, the capital of Belize. He came to bid farwell to Belize, since his tour has ended. He then had to be leaving his post in Mexico City in order to return to Moscow. Mozel and Godfey have discussed the bilateral relationships between the two countries, and ways to expand the relationships in areas of cooperation.
