Gary Loizzo

Gary Loizzo (born 16 August 1945, Chicago, Illinois) is an American guitarist and singer, best known for being the lead singer with The American Breed. The American Breed had a #1 million selling single "Bend Me, Shape Me", as well as, two other top 20 and multiple top 100 hits.

Gary then went on to start his own recording studio called "Pumpkin Studios" (Orland Park, IL) and become a two-time grammy nominated recording engineer. He worked with acts such as REO Speedwagon, Styx, Survivor, Liza Minnelli, and many others. He has recorded records that have sold over 25 million copies world-wide. Some of his projects include:

Today, Gary continues his work as a live sound engineer with Styx and a recording engineer at his studio (Pumpkin Studios).
