Brendan Maclean is a Sydney based national radio announcer, actor and critically awarded songwriter.
He broadcasts weekly for youth station
Triple J . Brendan began presenting in 2007 after an interview withZan Rowe which celebrated the stations unsigned artist competition Unearthed. Brendan had posted his songs and also published many reviews as a "SuperUser" under the pseudonym "Murdoch". He has been heard presenting Middawns, Weekend Lunch and Weekend Breakfast.In 2007 Brendan won National Youth Week's People's Choice award for his debut record "Airport People", he also successfully won the National Youth Week Industry award for a short story he wrote in 2008.
Brendan has made appearances in commercials for Coca Cola, Nintendo Wii and as a child can be spotted dancing in a video-clip for pop singer
