Nicholas Cowell (born 1961) is a British estate agent, co-founder and director of The Estate Office[1] and head of the Cowell Group[2]. He is the brother of music critic Simon Cowell and author Tony Cowell and has appeared on the UK television series The Block as a judge.[3]
Biography
Cowell was born to Eric Selig Philip Cowell, a record company executive at EMI, and dancer Josie "Julie" Dalglish in 1961. [4]
In the late 1970s he began work as an estate agency office junior at Garrard Smith & Partners and subsequently bought the company in 1983 with his business partner Adrian Levy.[5] It was later renamed The Estate Office and includes brands like Abbey Road Estates.[6] In 2005 he launched a £400m property fund in cooperation with property syndicator aAIM attracting investors like Elton John and Rod Stewart.[7][8]
