Alessandro Saitta

Alessandro Saitta (born in Massa Marittima, -Italy- May 25, 1969 [ [http://img396.imageshack.us/img396/8298/carta24zz.jpgInfo from his identity card, uploaded by himself on his webpages] ] ), living in Follonica, is known as the greatest Italian spammer of Internet, continuately from 2000. He is also known as "Il Saitta" ("The Saitta"), and recently as the "Spammer Arcano" ("Arcane Spammer").

Internet phenomena

Alessandro Saitta starts his activity on internet in early months of 2000. In his first webpage it was a brief biography and mainly some logs of conversations with his former girlfriend, also with her cellular phone number. Due to this motive, this site was obscured and he inquired for privacy law violation. After that, he starts his "career" of spammer firstly with his constant presence on to IRCnet, opening a new web page in which he explained his philosophy and lifestyle, and also linking all his personal datas.
His continuos presence and web page, starting with spamming also onto newsletters, gave him fame on to internet, and also some supportes of his philosophy and some haters, someone of what thinked that he was an hoax and a not-existing person, as a "Luther Blissett".
His career continued starting spamming also on Usenet, with a continuos closure and re-opening, in different addresses, of its personal websites. As sayed by himself in an interview he started spamming, but rarely, also in France, England, Australia and New Zealand. For his constant activity on IRC, it was created on 2006 a script who causes a kick/ban for everyone who write the word "Saitta" on chat room.
Into 2007, after an interwiew, he starts uploading his videos as singer on YouTube, singing some adapted (by himself) parodies of famous songs and other original lyrics with other people. In the interview of 2007 he sayed that he can't really explain his passion for spamming, but the main motive is due to the fame, to the volunty to be more famous as possible (with his name and surname) and known in all italian peninsula and possibly outside; indifferently as loved or hated person. From early 2008 his presence on web is morely in some viedos uploaded by himself on YouTube.

Peculiarities and philosophy

Main peculiarity of his style is that to link all his datas and his address, and the phrase approaching everybody on to e-mails and chatrooms is always the same and it's became famous for lot of Italian internet users. It is: <Follonica, in Via Cassarello 131 !>> who, translated, means <The number of years changes in the message every his birthday] years in Follonica, at 131 of Cassarello Street !>>. Other peculiarity is his style is to never answer to offences who gaines on forums, also in the one on his site.
His philosophy (named "Saitta-pensiero", Saitta-think), is a mix of salutism, urban-hermitage lifestyle, and a strange form of anti-communism, not in a fascist way, but in a strong reject of politic, istitutions, religion, and mainly of conception of human as a society and not as an individual and autonomous character.
