Alexander Semenovich Brod (b.
1969 ; _ru. Александр Семёнович Брод) is aRussia nhuman rights activist , director of theMoscow Bureau for Human Rights .Brod graduated from the
Samara State University . Since2001 he is the director of theMoscow Bureau for Human Rights . The Bureau works to combatracism ,xenophobia andantisemitism .In 2003, he received the "Award for Contributions to the Development of Jewish Life in Russia" from the
