Albertus Stephanus Joubert

Albertus Stephanus Joubert (Born 31 July 1977 in Pretoria, South Africa), better known as Burt Joubert is a former South African National Archery Association member and was part of the Archery Springbok team that represented South Africa at the 1994 World Junior Championships in Roncegno, Italy. The team consisted of himself and 3 other members, namely Wesley Gates, Sean Lunn, and Lee Richards. Joubert, Gates and Lunn ended up 5th overall in the Compound bow Archery team event.

He won gold at the South African Archery Nationals (FITA) twice before receiving his Archery Springbok colours in 1994. He also helped form the archery centre at the Meerhof School for children with disabilities and special educational needs and assisted them with archery teaching and instruction.
