History

Chictoday.com is composed of numerous components: Daily News, Daily Shows, Jobs channel, "Chic Today" ( Magazine), internet TV shows and Mobile.

Born with the intent to explore new directions in the interpretation of online visual communication, the project aims to translate the traditional communicational codes of printed magazines into a new and easy-to-read form of digital expression. "Chic Today" has been recognized as the first online “ page flicking magazine” created exclusively for a brand new online consumer-based audience, unique in its kind within the global digital arena.

The launch of the first "Chic Today" issue couldn’t have been more phenomenal, with its inaugural cover portraying a young and yet-to-be-discovered supermodel Dioni Tabbers, photographed by John-Paul Pietrus (released December 2006).At present, "Chic Today" reaches over a million readers worldwide and is a solid demonstration of the manner in which digital publications are leading an innovative digital media transformation.
