Brett Cecil (born July 2, 1986) is a pitcher in the Toronto Blue Jays organization.

Cecil was drafted 38th overall in the 2007 MLB draft by the Toronto Blue Jays and pitched for the Single-A Auburn Doubledays.

He started by|2008 with the High-A Dunedin Blue Jays, but was later called up to the AA New Hampshire Fisher Cats, and has since been called up to the AAA Syracuse Chiefs.
