Javier Rodriguez Parra, also known as Javier Parra (born February 28, 1968) is one of California's most wanted criminals. He is wanted by Riverside County Sheriff's Department for a gruesome home invasion robbery in La Quinta, California on November 13, 2004, during which two elderly people were kidnapped and tortured.

Javier Rodriguez Parra was last seen in Southern California in 2004, and it is alleged that his family members could be helping him evade authorities.
