Alexis Zegerman

Alexis Zegerman is a British actress.

She grew up in London [ [http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1015874/BAZ-BAMIGBOYE-Oliver-Felicity-Jones-.html] ] and trained at the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama [ [http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/2008/feb/29/4] ] . She most recently played the part of Zoe in Mike Leigh's "Happy-Go-Lucky". This was her second collaboration with the Oscar nominated film director, having appeared in the original cast of his play Two Thousand Years which premiered at the National Theatre in London in 2005. Alexis Zegerman is also a writer. She has written plays for BBC Radio 4 including "Ronnie Gecko", "Are You Sure?", "The Singing Butler", "Jump", and the comedy series "School Runs".
